Note that
- Reserve on or before Oct. 20, 2013, 5:00 PM, Pacific Time to get the group rate; after this cut off, the group rate is not guaranteed.
- For a reservation guarantee, you will need to supply either a credit card number, or a money order deposit. Reservations are guaranteed until 6:00AM of the following day, after which the deposit and the reservation are forfeit.
- Cancellations require a 24 hour notice for a full refund of the deposit.
- The group rate is valid for the duration of the conference (Nov. 11--15, 2013)
- For those wishing to extend their stay before or beyond the conference, the group rate will be also available, contingent on availability, from Nov. 8--10, and Nov. 16--18, 2013.
- The group rate does not include sales/room tax at 12% and US $1.34 per room per night.
